The month of September brought a small drop of around 11% on the stock markets. In the course of this small downturn, volatility rose again, which in total also pushed our account down slightly.
September performance in real money account
We started September with an account balance of $154,552.95 and stood at $149,512.31 on September 30th, a percentage loss of 3.26%.
A relatively severe drawdown that we had to deal with. We recently had an interesting article on the subject.

Thus the realized losses in our real money account amount to – $1,661.88. This is very sparse and certainly disappointing for some premium members, but patience and discipline are part of trading and often enables better performance by leaving out bad spots.

Since the start of the real money account, we have achieved an overall performance of 49.5%.

At the request of a premium member and because it is certainly more interesting for the general public, we have replaced the Russell 2000 as a benchmark with the MSCI World Index (EUNL).
