    FSA JapanThe Financial Services Agency Japan (FSA) is the financial regulation body of Japan.

    The FSA is a government organisation that reports to the Minister of Finance. It is led by a commissioner and supervises the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission, as well as the Certified Public Accountants and Auditing Oversight Board.

    The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission is responsible for fair transactions in securities and futures markets. The Certified Public Accountants and Auditing Oversight Board are responsible for inspections, monitoring and examination.
